Our History
Carp Lake Dog Park was born out of a simple idea: dogs deserve more than a crowded fenced-in yard to stretch their legs.
As dog lovers ourselves, we found that most public dog parks were either too busy, too noisy, or too small for dogs to truly roam free. We wanted something different—a place where dogs could run, swim, and explore nature safely, while their owners could relax and enjoy the peace of the outdoors.
That’s why we opened Carp Lake Dog Park right here in Carp, Ontario. On 20+ acres of private forest and lakefront, we created a sanctuary where:
